At L'ERA Jewellery, we want you to be completely enamored with your new pieces. If you are not entirely satisfied, we offer 30-day hassle-free returns and exchanges for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the jewellery in its original L'ERA presentation box and secure it within a padded shipping mailer to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
